Almost Home provides a safe transitional home and support for homeless teenage mothers and their children. Our teen mothers (who are called Members of the Almost Home family) can live in our family-style home for two years or more. We help them learn to become self-sufficient through a structured, individualized program. Case management is tailored to each Members’ personal needs and goals.
