it costs $134.68 per individual per day to provide housing and direct care to each of our clients and their children- and these figures do not even include personnel or overhead expenses!
Providing housing is an expensive, but worthwhile endeavor. Without Almost Home, teenage moms in St. Louis without a stable residence would have nowhere else to turn for shelter and support. We can only continue our work to break the cycle of poverty for teenage moms and their children with help from our supporters.
